Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas! It was obvious that Christmas was far from our thoughts in November, as it was again a record breaking month for the Kitchener-Waterloo Real Estate Board.

The market is rallying and sales are quite strong. It looks as though the trend will continue to increase in the coming months. For those of you who are numbers minded - I have attached the most recent statistical data as well as the media release. Happy reading.
